“In my experience, almost everyone will back down from the statist position when they’re eyeball-to-eyeball with somebody calling them out on the violence that they’re pretending not to see. […] It’s a very powerful thing to do because it brings the reality of State power into people’s minds, which is really only unconscious for most people, but that’s what propaganda is designed to do—to keep it unconscious, to keep it clouded, to keep it shrouded in myth and metaphor. […] I would never use force against you because of my ideals. Will you return to me the same, basic, civilized human respect of putting down the gun so we can all finally just talk and reason our way into the future?” —Stefan Molyneux. (via libertarians)

“Beware of anyone who tells you a topic is above you or better left to experts. Many people are twice as smart as they think they are but they’ve been intimidated into believing some topics are above them. You can understand almost anything if it is explained well.” —Richard J. Popular feminist rhetoric is just an illustration of IQ distribution, i.e. 8 out of 10 people can’t think their way through a paper bag.

Haha. I feel like the majority of them are willfully ignorant. That’s what’s so annoying.

The constant victimization just kills me. They’re blind to everyone’s oppression but their own.

I’ve unfollowed anyone that posts about it regularly, but it still leaks through sometimes and I’m stuck wrapping duct tape around my head to keep it from exploding.

“Patriotism is a lie, and its potential for evil is continually stoked by governments in order to justify a never-ending cycle of war. Until we reject the unspiritual notion that any country is better than any other, and until we inspire a generation of people who will refuse to murder under orders from violent institutions (e.g. the state and the church), we will continue to kill each other without recognizing that we are all murderers in the eyes of the Gods of every religion.” —John D. Rich, Jr. (‘patriotism is slavery’)

Resisting the urge to reblog and argue against all of the annoying, ignorant feminist theories/ideas on my dashboard.

It’s torturing me.

“The mind is sharper and keener in seclusion and uninterrupted solitude. No big laboratory is needed in which to think. Originality thrives in seclusion free of outside influences beating upon us to cripple the creative mind. Be alone, that is the secret of invention; be alone, that is when ideas are born. That is why many of the earthly miracles have had their genesis in humble surroundings.” —Tesla (via eternalconsciousness)

If I hadn’t chopped off all of my hair,
I could be Alison Mosshart for Halloween and not have to buy anything.
And I’d look almost exactly like her too :/
Maybe someone I know has a wig I could borrow.

“What strikes me is the fact that in our society, art has become something which is related only to objects and not to individuals, or to life. That art is something which is specialized or which is done by experts who are artists. But couldn’t everyone’s life become a work of art? Why should the lamp or the house be an art object, but not our life?” — Michel Foucault (via coeus)
