It’s interesting how against the war you are and how apathetic you are to stopping it. Let’s be honest, sitting at our computers, worrying about a stranger’s opinion, isn’t going to end the war. I would LOVE for there to be no war, but there is. Complaining about the state of things and wishing for something to change won’t do a damn thing. My dad is a Marine and he never killed anyone. Soldiers like him should be respect. (If you disagree with that last statement, please, do not comment on this post because I would rather not fight with you right now.)
And never call me sweetheart again.

I’ll call you whatever I like. If you don’t want to “fight” with me then I suggest not reblogging my posts, or maybe stating your opinion in a civilized manner. I ignored the person before you because they didn’t flip out and I really didn’t care to reply. I have a weakness for arrogant, emotionally charged arguments that have no logic behind them whatsoever.
It’s interesting that every time I get into an argument with an emotionally charged person over the military, they turn out to be related to someone in the military. I suggest you use logic to determine right and wrong, not the emotions you have towards your father. I don’t care who your father is or if he murdered anyone. Taking part in and supporting the power killing those people is enough to make him guilty. It’s enough to make my father guilty. It’s enough to make my uncle guilty. It’s enough to make my grandfather guilty. So no, I don’t respect your father or anyone involved in the military, as I stated before.
I don’t know where you got the idea that I was apathetic to stopping war. I’m an anarchist, and whether or not you agree or find that logical is beside the point. Governments are the cause of war, at least currently, because all they care about is power. We’d see a lot less death without them, they kill more than criminals do. I’d say anarchism is about as anti-war as you could get. There’s not much we can do right now but raise awareness, it’s hard to gain a following or at least people that agree on this one issue when people either don’t care or are too busy defending their father’s honor while hundreds of thousands of innocent people are dying.
